JIU JITSU
Known as the “gentle art” Jiu Jitsu is especially designed to equip a physically smaller or weaker individual with an effective method of defending against a larger and stronger attacker.
Kid’s classes start from ages 4 to 7 and ages 8 to pre-teen. Our teens train with the adults to help build skill and confidence, and to learn from the more seasoned adults
Jiu Jitsu classes are fun and challenging and an excellent workout to get in shape and condition.
boxing / kickboxing
Want a great workout? Kickboxing combines martial arts techniques with an intense cardio workout. You will Increase your aerobic capacity and conditioning through drills that improve your strength, agility and quickness while burning calories This is a great class for all fitness levels.
Our kickboxing classes help build a solid foundation for combatives and self defense. We incorporate kicking, punching, and movement to give you challenging and dynamic experience. Multiple classes and times are available to fit your schedule
judo / wrestling
Our youth program starts with a base in wrestling and Judo. Our classes use healthy competition and real-life self-defense techniques to promote health and fitness in a fun learning environment.
Along with learning these specific martial arts, we focus on mindset, resiliency, and overall athleticism by combining our martial arts training with motor skills development.
We encourage our kids to grow body, mind, and spirit through increased levels of performance built on a solid foundation of respect, discipline, practice, and technique.
Women’s Self Defense
Designed specifically to empower and train women to protect themselves and the ones they love. We train a pro-active mindset along with skills that are designed to keep you safe and alive.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu uses efficient movement and leverage techniques to allow a smaller opponent to over power and defeat a larger opponent.
Our women’s only classes are perfect for all skill levels. Through our program, you will learn the skills you need to be situationally aware, physically fit, and confident in the skills necessary to survive and thrive.
Train for success
The enemy comes only to kill, steal, and destroy. Most of the time the enemy is ourselves, our doubt and fear. These internal battles are fought and won by committing to change and training with the discipline of a warrior. All of our classes are designed to maximize success and empower you to defeat the enemy.

Our adult classes are great for all levels, from beginner to black belt. With multiple class times throughout the week, there’s no reason not to get on the mat!

Wrestling & Judo
